Founded in 2017 by award-winning author, Alana Tyson, the Academy of Social Media Arts & Sciences, Inc is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt professional industry organization, whose mission is to provide content creators & influencers resources, advocacy, and recognition for exceptional and positive content. ASMAS® is the first and only industry organization recognizing social media as an art.

 

Our Vision

Through awards, events, SnazzyTV programming, and strategic alignment with industry partners, ASMAS® will provide creators & influencers with resources to manage their careers, and educate those just starting out. ASMAS® will serve as the industry leader, with membership open to anyone with an active interest in social media arts and a dedication to creating positive and inspiring content.
